Mission: International Press Relations for Austrian Pavilion, Expo Shanghai 2010
A futuristic pavilion, coated with ten million porcelain tiles: It is in a very exciting way that Austria represents itself at Expo 2010, taking place from May to October in Shanghai, China. The building is the result of a cooperation between Vienna-based architect's offices SPAN and Zeytinoglu. The contract for the design was awarded within the framework of a selection procedure on EU level and by unanimous jury decision.
According to the theme "Austria – Feel the Harmony" the pavilion addresses all senses through space, sound and visuals.
